Print Screen button on your desktop (above and to the left of Backspace). Then Paste into MS Paint.

It's next to the F12 key? Which is at the end of a row of buttons above the letter part? This is just my keyboard, though, so maybe yours is different.

Look for a button that says "Print Screen", and then an underline, and then "SysRq". I dunno...
